 Picture Courtesy of Hillsborough Republicans Mayor Lipani and Deputy Mayor Britting with the President of the New Jersey Girl Scouts and the Hillsborough Girl Scout Leadership team. Mayor Lipani delivered a speech that focused on empowerment and shared examples and impact of the great female leaders in our society.
Deputy Mayor Britting presented walking through crowd, connected with some of the children he coaches in recreational sports and spoke about the importance and dynamics between leadership and service. Both were extremely happy to spend time at the event as the Hillsborough Girl Scouts had a wonderful year and accomplished a great deal! Fun fact: The Hillsborough Girl Scouts sold over 43,000 cookies this last year!!! That's as many people we have living in Hillsborough! |
