Hillsborough Republican Club 2022 Scholarship Awarded!

​For the 15th consecutive year, the Hillsborough Republican Club was pleased to award the Peter J. Biondi Scholarship to Alexa Chess. On June 9, 2022, the HRC Board member Toni Natale and John Ciccarelli presented the scholarship of $500 to Alexa at the annual Awards ceremony at Hillsborough High School. The HRC Scholarship Committee judged applications from 12 students, including an essay responding to the topic "Describe the impact of the Mask Mandate – Economically, Politically, Socially and Personally."
 
The HRC scholarship is dedicated to Peter J Biondi, who was a long-time resident of Hillsborough and was dedicated to both his country and township, with a strong belief in the United States and what it stands for.
